This double-storied home has 2 bedrooms upstairs, both with sea views, and a separate bathroom with bidet, toilet and shower. Downstairs has one en-suite bedroom (double bed), and bathroom with both shower and bath, suitable for elderly guests as there are no steps. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. An open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area leads onto a private, covered patio which is protected from the wind and equipped with outside braai. Outside shower (cold) in the alley way Wood provided for the first braai/fire. Additional wood can be purchased locally. Comfortable lounge with indoor fireplace, TV, DSTV explorer, DVD player and a selection of DVD's, as well as a well-stocked library and games. DSTV at an extra cost can be arranged. Please note. Property is not entirely closed in. Dogs can escape. Also note an additional levy of R100 per dog, paid in cash on arrival will be charged.
