The spacious 10-sleeper multi-storey home comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are in the attic, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a lounge and dining area. Situated on the ground floor, the main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, enjoys a partial sea view and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath. A second smaller room contains 2 single beds and makes use of the shared shower-only bathroom at the end of the passage. The first-floor bedroom opens onto a small balcony overlooking the ocean, and is furnished with 2 single beds and a smaller child’s bed. Located on this floor is a shower-only bathroom that is shared with the attic. The first attic room contains a double bed, and serves as a walk-through room to access the second bedroom which is furnished with 2 single beds. This room has a private entrance and access to a large balcony. A hot and cold-water outdoor shower is available in the alley, and guests please need to bring their own towels. Situated on the ground floor, the kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher as well as gas cooking facilities in case of loadshedding. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and the lounge has a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, a TV with DStv, a DVD player and a variety of DVDs, books and games. The living area opens onto a private, covered patio which is protected from the wind and equipped with an outside braai. Please note that an additional levy of R100 per dog, paid in cash on arrival will be charged.
